This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is to raise funds for additional library seating to accommodate study and self-regulation activities. Having a work environment conducive to productivity and self-regulation will increase student engagement and achievement.

Having these seating options available at school will close the gap between students who may not have suitable study and self-regulatsion spaces at home.

Besides supporting students' productivity, they also literally support students academically and physically! A comfortable academic setting can encourage inquiry and exploration by students. Thank you for helping us beautify our school library for staff and students.
