My Students
I teach students from various cultural backgrounds. With these differences, each student adds something wonderful to create a dynamic learning environment. They enjoy working and learning together and using their imaginations to create new worlds. The students enjoy listening to many different stories and hearing about the adventures of their favorite literary characters. The school is a large urban public school where all of the students receive free or reduced priced lunch. The Head Start program services students from low income families.
My Project
My students need your support to learn in a comfortable environment. Therefore, I am asking for your help to purchase a carpet for my classroom. I would like a carpet with defined seating so students are able to learn in an uninterrupted environment. This carpet also has the letters of the alphabet, so they are able to learn letters among other skills.
Please help me make learning easier and funner for my students.
This is why I am requesting a letter square carpet. My students will be able to choose a letter in which to sit. This will make letter identification a priority.
