My Project

Every year, I’m fortunate to have an incredible group of students who come to school eager to learn, excited to discover new things, and ready to build new friendships. Creating a classroom environment where they feel comfortable is so important—especially during lessons, peer interactions, and hands-on learning with centers and manipulatives. That’s why I believe the carpet or rug area is such a magical and essential space. It offers students a cozy, inviting place to gather, engage, and grow together. It truly helps make our classroom a welcoming and joyful place for everyone.
