My Project
In my classroom, every student brings unique strengths and needs, and many benefit from sensory support to help them focus, manage emotions, and feel more comfortable throughout the day. This project will provide sensory balls and chewable necklaces—simple yet powerful tools that help students self-regulate and stay engaged in learning. The sensory balls offer a calming outlet for students who need to fidget during lessons or transitions, while the chewable necklaces support students with oral sensory needs in a safe and discreet way. These items will help create a more inclusive, supportive classroom environment where students can feel physically and emotionally regulated—ready to learn, participate, and thrive. With your support, we can bring comfort and focus to every child in the room, one touch at a time.
