My Project
I am taking the plunge into a severe special needs high school classroom to guide and assist students to learn everyday life skills. The purpose of this project is to make my room feel more comfortable and flexible for their needs.
My students will be cooperatively learning, communicating, completing hands on activities and daily life skills to prepare for the real world.
I am hoping to begin this challenge by having bean chairs in the class will make them more comfortable in completing these tasks.
The class is currently a desk for each child and one small table. As I work through preparing the start of a new year these chairs will be the backbone of my activity corner. Thank you for considering helping with my love for teaching in a comfortable manner!
