My Project
As an ESL teacher, I’m proud to work with an incredible group of multilingual students who are not only learning English but also adjusting to life in a new country. They bring unique perspectives, cultures, and strengths to our classroom every day, and their determination to succeed inspires me constantly.
“To help our classroom run smoothly, we’re adding a sectioned bookshelf where students can easily find their work and know exactly where their group belongs—no more guessing or lost papers!” Each section will be labeled for different groups of students, helping them easily locate their materials and feel a sense of ownership and routine.
Additionally, we’re requesting colorful supplies like crayons and colored pencils to support creative expression, fun educational games to build language and critical thinking skills, and snacks to keep energy and focus high throughout the day.
Goals for this project include:
Creating an organized and accessible classroom system that supports student independence.
Providing engaging, hands-on materials that make learning English fun and effective.
Supporting students' well-being with nutritious snacks that help them stay focused.
Fostering a warm, welcoming classroom environment that celebrates creativity and diversity.
What makes our students special is their courage, curiosity, and resilience. Many of them are learning English for the first time while also managing the challenges of adapting to a new environment. Despite language barriers, they show up every day ready to learn, participate, and support one another. With your help, we can create a space where they feel safe, seen, and empowered to succeed.
