Comfort and Collaboration: A New Rug for our Classroom

My Project

In kindergarten, we spend the majority of our day on the floor learning. The kids love working and listening to stories on the floor. The only problem is that our classroom consists of tile flooring and we do not currently have a classroom rug. Having a classroom rug with individual spots for each student to sit on would give my students a comfy place for collaboration. Not only is the rug functional, but it also creates an inviting atmosphere for students. A comfortable classroom environment helps students become successful in learning.
