Receiving this set of books will help develop lifelong readers. Reading to my students is essential in improving vocabulary, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and language skills. My daily read aloud time engages students' imaginations and improves listening comprehension. Most importantly it fosters a love for reading! My hope is that I can motivate students to read independently and develop lifelong reading habits.
