This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In the Maker Lab, students work on a multitude of STEAM projects using recyclable materials from home - cardboard, plastic tubs, paper rolls and egg crates to name the most used materials. Students amaze me each day with their creativity and imagination. They can create the most amazing projects out of cardboard and tape.

Having colorful supplies that will transform these everyday materials into robots, toys, and arcade games will brighten these projects and bring them to life.

It is a challenge to keep these supplies available for 200 students each week. Your donation will keep supplies available for students to continue their STEAM education bright and colorful.
