Colorful Minds: Showcasing Mental Wellness Through Student Creativity

My Project

In our third grade classroom, I work hard to help my students grow not just academically, but emotionally, too. My third grade students are still developing the skills they need to manage big feelings, solve problems calmly, and build confidence. This project will support my students’ mental health by giving them creative ways to express themselves and color printing will help bring their ideas to life.

We are requesting color ink for our classroom printer so students can print emotion charts, calming tools, journals, artwork, and positive affirmations in bright, engaging colors.

When students see their work displayed in color, it makes them feel proud and valued. It also helps them better understand emotions and strategies through visuals that are fun and easy to connect with.
