This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A color printer will provide our Kindergarten with more engaging visuals to understand activities that we use to learn in our classroom. The printer will be helpful with creating color centers to use during small group activities. The color printer will also enable me to create various visual aids, charts, activities, and assignments for my students.

As we all know, Kindergarten can be spontaneous, and many times, I am in need of printing colorful visuals during lesson the wireless capability of an in class printer will allow me to provide the on-the-spot resources my students need.

Even though our school is equipped with a black and white printer, our young Kinders need to visually and constantly be engaged with colorful, fun, and engaging materials. I will be able to create labels for all of our classroom supplies, such as math manipulatives, block areas, library, and art supplies. Rules and routines are very important and explicit in Kindergarten. Being able to provide colorful step-by-step visuals for our students is very important for classroom management. The color printer and ink will make a difference in my students' learning. It will be fun and engaging. The printer will make our daily activities fun and visually appealing. Planning and preparing activities will be more efficient using the color printer.
