This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students love to learn, can you imagine how much more intrigued they would be if some activities were in color?

I teach 20 precious eager to learn 1st graders from a low socioeconomic school.

I would love to be able to provide some color to their world. With no teaching budget it is hard to have the ink that I need in my printer to be able to create fun learning games for stations in color for my students. I would also love for kids to be able to work on activities in color. Let's face it you can just tell more from a picture in color vs. black and white!

My Project

With the ink provided to our classroom, my students will be able to print different projects throughout the school year in both color and black and white. I will also be able to print the resources I need to make learning stations and help the students become more successful. With the table, my students will have plenty of work space in our Science station. Right now they are working elbow to elbow and are very cramped up!
