Colorful Classroom

Help me give my students a colorful rug for them to be able to sit on during whole group time.

My Project

Help me make my classroom an environment that will feel like a second home to my students. I strive to create a home-like environment to build a sense of community and family in the school and my classroom. It is more important than ever that kids feel comfortable in their space since they will be spending so much time in the classroom. My students love to learn in different places around the room and a carpet would be an ideal element to add to my room.

We spend a significant part of our day on floor as a class and a rug would be the centerpiece of our room.

We would use the rug to have small and large group activities. We can come to the rug to learn, share ideas, and enjoy stories read aloud! The rug would also be in use during free time. This classroom rug will give my students lots of room to be a comfortable space apart while learning. Please help me make this dream a reality
