This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All the students love the library. They will even come during their breaks to visit and read. I do my best to make sure the library is warm and inviting. This helps them know that the library is a safe place that is always welcoming to them.

The new rug will help make sure the library is inviting and fun.

Students will be able to come into the library, sit comfortably, and listen to a fun and exciting story. The colorful button rug will help give the library the pop of color it needs. It will also be fun to have my younger classes sit and enjoy the number or color as their chosen spot.
