My Project
My students are beginning English learners who greatly benefit from visuals aids in their daily instructional activities. At the beginning of each unit, the students brainstorm ideas and display them in a common anchor chart. The teacher creates anchor charts for the students to refer to as needed independently on new or previous skills/concepts. The materials requested for this project are Scotch laminating pouches and HP printer cartridges. The students will be able to create and print their work in color, display it to share with their classmates, and refer back to it as needed during the school year.
Having anchor charts created by students collaborating with each other has been proven very useful and successful in our classroom and we would like to continue that with every unit of study.
