Color to Pre-K

Help me give my students an Epson printer and rockers for additional seating in the library center.

My Project

The Epson color printer will help better engage my students when learning about insects, pets, and other curriculum subjects by enhancing the colors of images and activity sheets verses using a black and white printer. My students being exposed to pictures using real life images and colors will help with higher order learning questions. Some students are not exposed to insects or pets at home, so being able to provide them with authentic visuals creates real-world connections for them.

Ergonomic seating in the library will provide my students with comfortable choices that stimulate their interest in books and the imagination that they unlock.

Students need to have the ability to explore and create a positive relationship with books and experience how they lead to exploring the world around us.

The dress-up station organizer will help teach my students that everything has a place and it needs to return to its place. Organizational skills can be reinforced throughout their educational path, starting in preschool, and will carry over to their home life.
