Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many of my students come from families that can’t always provide basic art supplies, but I never want that to stop them from exploring and brightening their creativity. Art is a vital part of learning—it helps students express ideas, build confidence, and develop problem-solving skills that carry into all subjects.
To make sure every child has the tools they need, I’m requesting crayons, colored pencils, pre-sharpened pencils, scissors, and glue sticks.
These supplies will empower my students to dive into hands-on projects, experiment with colors and shapes, and bring their unique ideas to life.
With your support, we’ll create a vibrant, inclusive art space where every student can explore, imagine, and grow without limits. Your generosity will help my students build creativity, resilience, and joy—skills that brighten their futures far beyond the classroom.
