Color Their World: Art Supplies for Young Creators

My Project

As an art teacher with five years of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply creative expression can impact a child’s confidence, emotional growth, and love for learning. Unfortunately, many of my students come from underprivileged backgrounds and attend a school where basic art supplies are limited or nonexistent. Despite these challenges, I strive every day to provide meaningful, imaginative experiences that allow my students to express themselves and connect with the world around them.

My goal is to give these students not just paper and pencils, but access to the full richness of the arts—painting, sculpting, designing, and dreaming.

With the proper supplies and support, I know they can unlock their potential and develop skills that will serve them far beyond the classroom. I’m seeking resources that will allow me to give them what every child deserves: the chance to create freely, proudly, and boldly.
