My students need an Epson EcoTank SuperTank Printer so that I can print color books. We have so many students at different reading levels, it is difficult to service the enormous need for many different levels.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a diverse group of learners. Our class is a true class family. We have come together to support each other in all that we do. We are caring and compassionate and love to learn.
We especially love reading and books.
We service low income students. Almost 50% are English Language Learners from all different countries. We have many refugees in our school and other students with challenging backgrounds. Our students are hard workers and dedicated to learning. We are a close nit family of teachers and learners.
My Project
Having a quality, high volume capacity color printer will enable us to print out books at every student's level. Our school always has a subscription to Reading A to Z, a website that provides printable books for kids of all levels. We will be able to print many engaging books so that our kids can learn to love reading. Now with the invention of a printer that has low cost color ink, we would be able to service the needs of our students without sacrificing quality.
Having the EcoTank SuperTank printer will provide a low cost way to achieve high quality results.
Many times, the books we print in black and white are not engaging or the amazing details are less interesting than when they are printed in color. In years past, we have had to suffer printing out black and white books that are seen as inferior to color books. This printer will make a huge difference in the reading engagement of every child.
