Color Printer Needed to Enhance Distance Learning!
Help me give my students color printer and ink to bring color to their math, reading and writing visuals.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are very special first graders in a high needs area of a borough in New York City. All of the students receive free lunch, many live in shelters or temporary homes. The project will reach 15 bilingual education students from predominately: Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. These students are learning English as a new language, and are learning to read in English for the first time. My students are special because when they come in my class their knowledge of english is very little or none. By the time the school year finish they address their parents in English. It is so funny when parents tell me he or she wants to speak English.
Unfortunately, my classroom does not always have the supplies we need.
Every donation makes a difference in my students' lives. I look forward to creating projects that will make our physical and virtual classroom a joyful learning environment. Thank you!
My Project
I am asking for a color printer and ink cartridges to help me print and scan materials needed to enhance my student's remote learning experience. The color printer will be used to print math visuals, vocabulary cards, and reading materials to draw students' attention to the lesson. Having a color printer will make my virtual lessons more colorful and engaging. This printer will also become a part of my classroom once we return to school. Thanks in advance for supporting my project. The color printer will surely increase my student's overall interest.
