My students need a laserjet printer, paper, and cardstock in order to make the materials for this new, opening classroom.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Bizon's classroom raised $333
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students are an audacious group of inquisitive 6-9 year olds attending a public Montessori school on the West Side of Chicago. This group engages with materials at their own level and at their own interest level.
Students are presented a global introduction of the world, helping them learn how all parts of our universe are connected.
Students will build a sense of purpose in the world by learning about all which their curiosities will drive them towards.
We will expand our minds and hearts this year. I hope to foster a love of learning and build kind, compassionate citizens that are joyful and inquisitive learners.
My Project
I have an INKling that my students will love this! This is the first year that this room will be opened at our school, meaning that we are looking to develop a large amount of work over the next few months according to the Montessori scope and sequence.
With a laserjet color printer, we will be able to print and prepare the Montessori environment with tangible materials that students will use daily for their self-guided learning.
The beauty of the printed cards will engage the students in their studies into language, mathematics, biology, Earth Science, space and beyond! The cardstock will support in creating lasting materials that will be used for the next generation of budding learners.
