My students need a brand new, heavy duty, and color coordinated book bins for our Classroom Library.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Lauer's classroom raised $673

My Students
Typically, I have around 25-30 students. I teach fifth grade, and my students typically do not have the best home lives. Most of my students come from homes that are struggling financially. A majority of my students come from single-parent homes.
As a result of my students' home lives, I make my classroom become a family.
I help my students become secure with themselves and learn how to respect others. My students are grateful for everything they are given. Everyday I give them animal cookies and they say, "Thank you," every day.
My Project
Our classroom library is an extremely nice resource for my students, except for the book bins. We have so many book bins that it is very hard for me afford all brand new ones by myself. Our book bins have holes in them where books fall through. Some book boxes have sharp parts where they have been broken that could hurt some students. Some book boxes are either too big or too little for the book shelf that they are on.
Having brand new book boxes that are well uniformed can help the students feel pride in our school and classroom.
It would make our classroom library more organized so the students can easily find the materials they are looking for.
