This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our learning community has not had Art classes in 7 years. I am new to this position and I am struggling with materials to help my students thrive in Art class. A classroom color printer is indispensable for an art teacher. Many of these students are visual learners who could use color images and color posters to improve the classroom learning experience. I love for students to have color images as references when working with color media. I keep my color images and use them every year to minimize the amount of printing.
