Color Makes Learning Louder!

Help me give my students a colored printer, and iPad cases for our classroom.

My Students

My students are ambitious, caring and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration! As a second-year teacher, I couldn't have been blessed with a group of wonderful diverse students.

Their eagerness and drive of wanting to learn to motivate me every day to provide them with many opportunities and various ways to learn in order to meet their individual needs.

The school in which I teach is a Title I school.

My Project

We would love to have a color printer in our classroom.

With a color printer, we would be able to print real-world pictures that students can use to communicate.

Colors turn a boring worksheet into an exciting, engaging worksheet that students are more inclined to complete. A printer would liven the classroom and my students' learning. Having a printer with color ink allows for endless possibilities in our classroom. We will be able to print out individual pictures for their projects. All students feel a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment when they see their work in a published format. Having a color printer would make that possible. I want to be able to give them this feeling of satisfaction while they are learning along the way. Additionally, the printer will be used to print instructional materials, progress reports, and reinforcement activities. Differentiation is the key to success for my students. The printer will allow me to print differentiated materials to meet the needs of all my learners. Having a classroom color printer will help my students be successful!

Help me give my students these protective cases for our classroom iPads. These cases will provide safety to these tablets while the children are using them, and will prevent damage and breakage.

Thank you for considering our classroom for your generous donations!
