This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Attending a District 75 high school in Bronx, New York, all six students within my 6:1:1 classroom live and reside in the Bronx and have been diagnosed with autism. With four males and two females, two students are primarily non-verbal.
Each student in my classroom learns differently!
Differentiated learning materials such as visual images and text handouts supports student learning and peaks student interests! . With very minimal technology and colorful materials for each month's curriculum presently available within my classroom, retaining student focus can be challenging. Students in my classroom want to learn!
My Project
With ink for our classroom printer would support students tremendously in meeting their individual needs. With Ink to make copies, long laminated sheets and a paper trimmer, academic resources can be made quickly for individual workstations, for differentiated academic instruction and projects! Printer ink becomes expenses when printing items on a daily basis in the classroom. By donating to this project, you will be helping students within my classroom share their work with classmates, teachers, and parents, but also present it to the school community-presented on bulletin boards and organized in student portfolios! Your help will support my classroom's continued success.
