it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This printer will help replace the one we have in the classroom that is about 10 years old. We will be able to make copies and print things right away for our centers, our procedure charts, and our writing. Young students need lots of pictures and charts to process information and to see what the expectations are for each lesson. Usually, I have to email the copies to our already overworked office staff and wait to receive them. I laminate and save all the copies I get and reuse them until they need to be reprinted and replaced. This printer will allow us to print directly in the classroom and get the materials ready to go more quickly. I have color copies of the rules and we sort the pictures, we use many hands-on picture sorts in color, and this helps students visually process the information. We retell stories and put them on our pocket charts, we review the writing process and the color copies help students see things more clearly. Thanks for your support!
