Help me give my students some organizational and color coded tools to improve our procedures in the classroom. These match our color scheme and would help us organize our pencils each day as well as our materials.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom needs an overhaul when it comes to organization. What better way to do this than color code? We have a bright classroom with flexible seating. Students put their materials in a bin in a closet as of now. We are getting new storage shelves, and these color-coded bins would really help direct foot traffic and improve our procedures when it comes to gathering our learning materials for the day.
The pencil holders will also be color-coded so students know where to place dull pencils that need sharpening and where to get a fresh, sharp pencil for the day.
The others are for the colored pencils that need a lot of sharpening at this point in the school year.
We also need to tighten some of our organizational carts and replace the screws in our classroom. This kit has plenty that we need!
