This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school's number one student outcome is to graduate all students per their expected graduation date, ready for college, career or the military.

Providing a content rich environment with college flags & banners will reinforce them to always be thinking about future possibilities.

Our school is located in deep South Texas. We are a predominantly Hispanic community with rich family traditions and strong work ethics. Exposure to the many colleges across the country is so important since education is highly valued by our school. My middle school students are the perfect age range to be immersed in college and career readiness in their daily view of school life.
