Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The last of the millennial generation, my students are filled with the love of learning new ideas. They challenge themselves to be better in and out of the classroom and they deserve the opportunity to succeed with as many tools as possible, in a clean environment.

My students are of all learning styles and have many different abilities and gifts.

This little nook of Los Angeles is thriving with a promising future. All twenty-two of my AP Literature seniors plan on attending college. They need our help to get there.

My Project

My Advanced Placement Literature and Composition senior students all aspire to attend college, but first, they want to understand and pass (with as high as score as possible) the AP college exam this May 2019.

Novels, dramas, poetry, and anthologized materials, such as Antigone, by Sophocles, will help these students analyze, critique, and respond in meaningful ways in class, for the AP exam, and beyond!

We have high expectations for these young adults and so do they; let's encourage exploration into these virtual worlds and get them on their way to college and beyond. After all, these students are our future.
