This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is full of immigrant students and students that have immigrant parents! We are working on meeting language goals and showcasing our language abilities through artistic expression and writing. In this project, we are asking for markers and easel pads that will help students collaborate in small groups and create visual aides for all of our students to comprehend our writing and reading lessons. We have a wide range of students, some able to speak English more fluently and others establishing a foundation with the language. These materials will ensure students are able to showcase their abilities in a colorful and productive way!
