Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our classroom, we recognize that collaboration is vital for preparing students for the real world. To foster teamwork and effective communication, we need to create an engaging and flexible learning environment where students can work together on various assignments throughout the week.
Students will learn to work as a team, manage their time, and prepare for the challenges they will face in the real world.
In order to encourage teamwork, we need a classroom set of stools that allow for easy reconfiguration and facilitation of group projects and discussions. To enhance focus, a large countdown timer would help our students manage their time effectively and stay focused on their group assignments. Lastly, stand-up dry erase boards provided for each group would promote organization; teams could visualize tasks, brainstorm ideas, and track their progress with the assigned tasks displayed on these dry erase boards.
