My Project
A re-launch of our Coffee Cart program teaches our students skills in establishing a business and maintaining job skills to use for future interest. Students are first taught to learn basic skills in coffee making, then how to provide good service by using appropriate customer service conversation and using their money skills they learned from our Money lessons. It will give our students an excellent opportunity to practice vocational skills, communication skills, math skills, and organizational skills! Students will have to experience having different job duties: business person, barista, cashier, and manager. Before and after selling the coffee, students will have to practice inventory skills, safe food handling skills, and cleaning skills. Students really enjoy this experience a lot.
