This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For Mother's day we want our students to be able to give back to their community. The supplies from this project will be used to set up a coffee table in our community and give it to the hardworking mothers/caregivers! We want our students to branch out from not just giving back to their own school, but also their surrounding community and neighborhood that they live in. Spreading kindness with a treat and a coffee pick-me-up is an idea that our students came up with themselves and are SO incredibly excited to be able to do this for their community and neighborhood moms.
