LEGO Education's SPIKE Essential program can benefit students in the classroom by teaching essential STEAM concepts. My students will learn skills that will be useful in middle school and beyond. These kits will help my students develop social-emotional skills through collaboration, storytelling, and working with relatable characters. These LEGO SPIKE education kits will help close the achievement gaps that my students face. Learning through play can help students who are falling behind, vulnerable, or economically disadvantaged.
