Help me give my students a Lego Education Spike Prime Set and an expansion set!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Dimino's classroom raised $673
This project is fully funded
My Project
The use of coding has become a huge interest in the students that I teach and their extracurricular interests. My students love the opportunity to learn different coding strategies and problem-solve in order to complete missions that are given to them. I plan on using these materials for my Lego Robotics students and as enrichment activities with my STEM classroom students.
By donating to our project, you not only help the students learn coding skills, but you will also ultimately help to increase students' love for learning and coming to school.
The new LEGO coding system is SPIKE PRIME and my students would love the opportunity to learn the new coding system to help them work through project-based learning activities. During coding, the students gain specific skills like teamwork, socialization, and engineering practices. This project will not only help the students learn coding skills, but it will enhance the student's love for learning.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
