Help me give my students coding journals to use in computer science class. Their journals will be used to keep track of all new codes and to sketch out their projects.

My Project
The use of coding journals is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially when learning new code and designing projects. I teach my students to be creators of technology not just consumers of technology. One of the highlights of our class is learning JavaScript to create computer games. It is important for my students to have a place to take notes, write out new code and plan their final projects. I want my students to have coding journals from day one to get in the habit of taking notes, writing pseudo code and planning projects. My students go to an urban visual and performing art school and they have a lot on their plates. Even with all the classes they have they are still excited about learning everything they can about technology and coding. Some of the topics we covered this year were game design, robotics, web design, virtual reality and the history of the internet. They will be so excited to start the year off with coding journals to document their learning.
