This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What makes my students special is that they’re learning to code from kindergarten through 6th grade. Not too many elementary schools have technology classes available for 800 students. I enjoy teaching code and discovering different computer science methods and terms.

In light of COVID, my students faithfully attended my virtual classes.

Now that we're back to in person learning, headphones are required to give everyone to chance to listen and practice code independently. New headphones will make it easier for them to continue exploring 21st century lessons. Your support will make this possible.
