My Project

My students are curious, creative, and ready to dive into any challenge, making every day exciting. They come from diverse backgrounds and may not all have access to technology at home, but they share an eagerness to learn, explore, and push their limits.

The coding robots I’m requesting will help my students develop critical STEM skills in an engaging, hands-on way.

Students will use basic coding robots, like Bee-Bots or Ozobots, to learn sequencing, spatial awareness, and foundational programming logic, making coding feel accessible and fun. Intermediate robot activities, such as the Dash and Cue kit materials will build on these skills, allowing students to work with loops and conditionals and encouraging them to test and refine their ideas. For advanced students, more complex robots like Robolink CoDrones will introduce text-based coding and real-world problem-solving, making STEM concepts tangible.

My goals for this project are to nurture creativity, teamwork, and technical confidence. These robots will enable students to work together, solve problems, and build confidence in their ability to understand and control technology. I hope to inspire them to pursue STEM fields by showing them that coding is not only doable but enjoyable.

With these resources, my students won’t just be learning to code; they’ll be empowered to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and face future challenges with confidence.
