Coasting Into Creativity!

My Students

I have the privilege of teaching art to almost 300 amazing students! My students attend a school that services individuals ages 2 to 21 with severe cognitive, physical, social, and emotional disabilities. My students are amazing and work so hard to overcome all of their daily challenges.

Each and every day I have the opportunity to engage my learners in fun, visual and tactile learning experiences by combining literacy and art!

My students are so amazing and work so hard to complete the tasks I present to them.

My Project

Believe it or not, Mother's Day will be here before we know it! It would be wonderful for students to be able to paint and design a beautiful coaster for their mother for Mother's Day. Students will have the option to utilize a variety of acrylic paints to create a unique creation for their parents. Parents will love the beautiful creation that their child has created for them. With your generosity and support I will be able to help my students make a gift for their Mother's for Mother's Day. Thank you for helping me to make this possible for my students!
