Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a coach at High School, where our vibrant community and diverse student body come together to create a rich and dynamic learning environment. Over the past three years, I've been dedicated to supporting our students, often using my own teaching salary to fund various initiatives. It's disheartening that our students face challenges in accessing the proper equipment needed to compete at the highest level due to limitations in school funding.
As a coach, I intend to make the most of these resources by optimizing our training sessions.
This will involve providing athletes with quality cleats for improved performance and safety. Additionally, I will focus on coaching fundamental skills that will help athletes develop confidence and readiness for their upcoming games and meets.
