This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a teacher of simultaneous bilingual students. My students are from culturally diverse backgrounds. Some are of Hispanic origin, and others are from homes that value bilingual education.

My students are in a Dual Language program where one of their classes is Science in Spanish so that they can acquire language-related the amazing Science world.

However, some of these fantastic students haven't had enough opportunities to develop their scientific brains due to the lack of resources.

I am asking the community for their support to donate so I can get materials that will enrich students' hands-on science projects that they can share and use to learn in class. Your support will make students' learning experiences meaningful and life-learning lasting. They would appreciate your help.

My Project

My students are in a Dual Language program where one of their classes is Science in Spanish. They are acquiring language-related Science words. And on this occasion I am asking the community for their support so I can get special materials that will enrich students' hands-on experience.

I want to feed my students' curiosity about the sky and to get my class ready for our astronomy unit next year.
