My classroom is full of bright, lively fifth graders who love to learn! Many of my students come to school hungry for knowledge. I strive to engage all students in the power of learning and create lifelong students who recognize the importance of learning and reading daily. My Project
My students are enjoying flexible seating for reading and writing workshop in our classroom! We are in need of clipboards to assist students when writing or responding to literature. At the moment, students are struggling to write while sitting on beanbags, cushions, stools and camp chairs. The addition of clipboards will help increase their attention and ease the writing process. We are also looking for one more comfy seat. The more flexible seating options for 50 different students, the better. Flexible seating has been shown to increase learning and retention.
