Despite facing challenges both at home and at school, my diverse group of students arrive to school each morning wearing bright smiles. Their friendly voices not only greet me, but they greet each other too. A beautiful thing to witness. It makes me so excited to start my day with them. Every morning I think, how lucky am I?

I am truly in awe of my creative students as they are driven and highly motivated to better their own learning. Their faces light up at positive attention and praise and I try my hardest to create a safe and fun learning environment for them.
My Project
Thanks to previous DC projects, my students have partner access to chrome books. My students are in need of computer mice to easily manipulate non touch screen chrome books. This allows for their little fingers to better access the websites we use on a daily basis. In order to better hear and work all at the same time, my students are in need of high quality head phones. Both of these items have cords and because of these tangle issues become frustrating. If we have pocket charts to organize and keep cords from coming in contact with each other my students can spend more time learning at their pace, researching new topics, and sharing the computer time with a partner.
