Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are unique and come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and countries. Our school is transitioning into a center for inquiry. With this transition I felt it important to get containers to organize the supplies and manipulatives so that students would be able to access them quickly and easily. The baskets will be used to categorize the books in the classroom library and save space to continuously add to our collection of rich reading materials.
The Chairbacks for students' chairs will be crucial as we are going to be getting rid of our student desks and will be using tables instead.
I am excited about not having the messy desks, however students will still need somewhere to put their things and I think the Chairbacks will be the perfect solution. Thank you for your consideration.
