My Project
We are eleven weeks into the school year and our building has run out of wipes, tissues, and paper multiple times. We are told that the budget has been reduced and teachers have been reaching out to families asking them to help. While I have had multiple families and staff send a box of tissues or a bottle of wipes, unfortunately that is not enough to keep our classroom sanitary for the remainder of the school year.
My students love to clean and take pride in having a beautiful and clean classroom.
Without proper cleaning supplies and paper, I will no longer be able to continue to provide that space for my students.
I am seeking wipes to clean up after student breakfast (which they eat in our classroom) and the daily messes that first graders make. I am seeking tissues to help manage the amount of runny noses in our classroom and student masks to help reduce the spread of germs that young students spread. Thank you in advance for helping keep our students healthy.
