This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have an amazing group of students who love learning. Their favorite thing is asking questions, and they can never seem to get enough information about a topic. They are always so kind to each other and everyone in the school. They are always ready to help, any chance they get.

My Project

Not all students have access to the hygiene products they need. Allowing my students to start their day fresh and clean can make all of the difference in their learning. Products range from hair care, to body care, to feminine health. Many students don't have the means to get themselves to the store and pay for these products on their own. I can use these hygiene products to teach my students about not only taking care of their minds, but also the importance of taking care of their bodies.

I want my students to have a safe space to get the items they need with no judgement.
