My Students

My second graders are incredibly eager and energetic to learn and succeed. They come to school with many challenges but always want to do their best. I am always encouraged by their dedication to a growth mindset. I want to create a supportive environment that they deserve and crave. When given the supplies that they need, my amazing students will flourish because they have the desire to succeed. Many of the items that are in our classroom come from out own pockets. I would like to help my students learn and become learners for life.

My Project

With Covid-19 virus I have purchased a filter and will be in need of filter replacements for my classroom. The parents want their students to be safe and healthy while in school and the classroom. I want them to be safe and healthy as well. I will use the air purifier in the classroom to reduce the spread of germs throughout the classroom.

I have a full size class with little room for social distancing and I will need the added protection against germs that the air purifier brings.

I want to be well prepared for my students with the feeling of safety and belonging as they return to school. In addition, I am also asking for individual earbuds so each student can have their own. I am also asking for expo markers to ensure they each have their own marker and eraser so that they will not have to share.
