My Students
My students are imaginative, creative, clever, enthusiastic, and overall fun-loving girls. Most of them come from low-income households and have not had much experience with the world outside their community.
COVID-19 virus closed our school in March of 2020 and this presented a challenge for many.
As many of my students do not have access to cleaning supplies in their homes, I can not expect parents to bring in supplies to keep the classroom clean. Despite the hardships many are facing with school being closed, some are eager to get back in the school building.
My Project
My students need cleaning products, batteries to use the automatic hand sanitizer, and vitamin C tablets for when they are not feeling their best and up their immune system.
With the upcoming school year starting in a physical face to face school platform, I need to be able to provide disinfectant products, batteries, and vitamin C to keep my students and myself safe.
Having cleaning products will hopefully help keep the germs from spreading and help us have a more sanitized and healthy learning environment. As well as having the vitamin C tablets to boost our immune system.
We are in desperate need of cleaning and health products to have on hand to protect my students.
Because my students love being at school and have missed so much instruction time due to the pandemic, I need help to move fast to keep the germs at bay when my students return.
