This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love for my students to start the school year with a new classroom carpet. The carpet is a place where students work independently, as well as collaborate with one another. It is an important and essential area in our classroom.
The carpet is used as an important learning space for my students throughout the day.
They use it for silent reading, to listen to read alouds, math activities, and so much more. I would like for my students to have a clean and comfy space for them to engage in learning.
