Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are creative, intelligent, and energetic. Having personal hygiene products will help my students to feel clean and comfortable. Middle school can be a fun, exciting, and confusing time. My students' minds and bodies are going through many changes as they navigate puberty. I want to give them some products to help them during this time. The deodorant will be especially helpful because this is when bodies can begin to smell, especially after gym class. The toothbrush and toothpaste will encourage my students to form the healthy habits they can carry into their adult lives. Our Health class curriculum focuses on building and practicing the skills that can promote optimal health. These products can be a part of that. They can also help my students to focus on their classwork.
